Ward 4 of Washington, D.C., is a lot like Chicago: residents have seen economic progress and development in suburban areas but not in their own neighborhoods. National retailers, restaurants and other local businesses have not invested in meeting the needs of Ward 4 and beyond. But that's all about to change. Hear from Ward 4 residents who want Walmart in their area.
